Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 for standard appointments and up to 50% of the scheduled service price for longer or specialty treatments. Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price, charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
